These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Tough Runner events delivered by We Are Allstars Ltd (“Tough Runner”, “we”, “our”). By booking an event, the ORGANISER (“the Client”) agrees to the following:

1. Bookings & Payment

• All bookings are confirmed once a completed booking form is received.

• Invoices are payable within 14 days net of the invoice date.

• Tough Runner reserves the right to cancel an event where payment has not been received in full.

2. Fees & Cancellation

• All bookings are charged at a flat fee, agreed at the point of booking.

• If the Client cancels with less than 90 days’ written notice, the full fee remains payable.

• In cases of extreme weather, the event will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date.

3. Waivers & Participation

• Tough Runner operates a strict “No Waiver – No Run” policy.

• It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that all parental/guardian waivers are completed prior to the event.

• Waivers include medical information relevant at the time of submission. The Client must inform Tough Runner of any updates to participant medical conditions prior to the event.

• Children without a signed waiver will not be permitted to participate.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The Client remains responsible for the general supervision and safeguarding of participants at all times.

• The Client agrees to provide accurate participant information and to share waiver links with parents/guardians.

• The Client must ensure that children are appropriately dressed for physical activity and outdoor conditions.

5. Tough Runner Responsibilities

• Tough Runner will provide:

  • All required equipment and course setup.

  • A trained Event Coordinator on site for the duration of the event.

  • Full risk assessments in advance.

  • Basic first aid provision.

• Tough Runner is fully insured for the delivery of events.

6. Media & Marketing

• Waivers include a section for parental/guardian consent for photography and video use.

• Only children with permissions granted will appear in Tough Runner media.

7. Liability

• Tough Runner takes all reasonable steps to ensure safety.

• The Client accepts responsibility for communicating participant medical information and for ensuring adequate school staff supervision.

• Tough Runner cannot accept liability for failure by the Client to meet these obligations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
